Our services

Family Care Solutions was established in 2010 and we are a family-owned business. We provide a range of services including (but not limited to) personal care, bathing assistance, help with dressing, support during bedtime and morning routines, light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, medication management, social engagement, doctor visits, prescription collection, and any other services that enable individuals to stay in their homes and maintain their independence. Additionally, we are registered to offer support to children under 18 years of age and individuals with disabilities.

Family Care Solutions provide a wide range of domiciliary care services to allow you to remain in your own home and to live as fully and independently as possible. Our approach focuses on actively promoting independent living and we put our service users needs at the heart of all we do. We know it can be hard to find a dependable and reliable support worker and we can help you to do this as our staff are fully trained and all have enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks in place prior to employment. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

We promote choice for our service users and want you to be involved in making the important decisions regarding your care needs.
We offer care packages that are designed to allow you to remain living in your own home as an alternative to moving into residential care. This enables you to stay amongst friends, relatives, neighbours and with your own possessions around you.
